Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Tastify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Compactive Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama AŞ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Tastify mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.
Description of Service
Tastify is a mobile application that allows users to discover, rate, and share food and beverage experiences. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Browsing and searching for restaurants, cafés, and food venues
- Submitting and viewing ratings and reviews
- Creating and sharing curated food lists and recommendations
- Connecting with other users and following their activity
- Receiving personalized recommendations based on your preferences
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

- Keep your password confidential and secure
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. User-generated content, including reviews and ratings, reflects the opinions of individual users and does not constitute endorsement by Tastify or Compactive Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama AŞ.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Compactive Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama AŞ and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@compactive.tech. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
